Syracuse, N.Y. — Today’s Albany court hearing in the lawsuit against Micron Technology’s chipmaking project in Central New York will be streamed online for the public, a judge decided at the last minute.
The lawsuit was filed in Albany County Supreme Court in January by a national advocacy organization and local citizens group. Today is the first hearing, which will be held in Albany.
