TUCUMCARI, N.M. (KAMR/KCIT) – The Quay County Sheriff’s Office advised the 3600 block of East Tucumcari Boulevard was closed as of just before 6 a.m. MT on Tuesday, due to “law enforcement activity” in the area.
The Quay County Sheriff’s Office asked community members and motorists to seek an alternate route in the area Tuesday morning, though details were limited at the time regarding the nature of the law enforcement activity or any related incidents.
