BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A New York State trooper from Lancaster resigned after she pleaded guilty to a charge related to sending confidential photos related to a narcotics investigation last year, the State attorney general’s office said Tuesday.
Rosalia Flower, 35, had been assigned to monitor wiretaps for a narcotics investigation in 2025. The AG’s office said she used her personal cell phone to take a photo of confidential information and then sent it via text to at least one person, who then sent it to one of the targets of the investigation. The texts caused the investigation to be partially shut down.
