GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Two very popular Kalamazoo festivals are coming together for the ultimate end-of-summer festival mashup called Kalapalooza! We have Alex in studio to tell us all about it.
Kalapalooza brings together the Taco & Tequila Festival and the Mac & Cheese Fest for one weekend at Honor Credit Union Stadium. Friday night features incredible street tacos, tequila sampling, Lucha Libre wrestling, and throwback hip-hop from the Ying Yang Twins and Twista. Saturday flips the script with creative mac and cheese creations from local vendors, craft beer, and a heavy-hitting rock show headlined by Buckcherry and Sponge.
