OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The woman arrested in connection to forgery has changed her plea and was sentenced.
50-year-old Rukyia Dean pleaded no contest to the charge of attempted 2nd-degree forgery for $1,500 to $4,999, and was sentenced to 132 days in prison with 132 days’ credit.
Dean was initially arrested on one count of 2nd degree forgery for $1,500 to $4,999.
