SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Sex Crimes detectives with the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) are asking for the public’s help in finding a man who is wanted for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old.
The man’s name is Roy Scott, 51.
