WEST LIBERTY, Ohio (WDTN) – A citation is pending for a woman who crashed into the Mad River near the intersection of U.S. 68 and Township Road 175 on Sunday, Aug. 23.
According to our partners at Peak of Ohio, the crash occurred at approximately 8:40 p.m. after the woman reportedly fell asleep at the wheel, then veered left of center and traveled off the roadway.
