ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) — A baby’s first steps are usually something for parents to get excited about, but some may not be the most thrilled to see their child take their first few steps, as that would get them disqualified from the Elizabethtown Fair’s baby race.
There were 28 babies aged six months to a year old participating in the fourth annual race at the fair.
