The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office says a Niles man has been arrested after an investigation found he allegedly contacted a victim 77 times in recent months despite having a full stay-away order of protection against him.
The Sheriff’s Office also says the man followed the victim in a vehicle through multiple townships.
Deputies arrested 66-year-old Jon S. Tanner of Niles on August 21. He faces two counts of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, a felony, and one count of Stalking in the Fourth Degree, a misdemeanor…
