TROY — A 20-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after police said he shot another man last week in the city.
Troy’s Deputy Police Chief Steven Barker said city police detectives arrested George Quincy Jr. Wednesday morning at a home in Richmondville, Schoharie County, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service and a State Police aviation team.
