Local and state law enforcement agencies will conduct a Traffic Safety Checkpoint in Horry County on Thursday.
The 15th Circuit Law Enforcement Network will set up the checkpoint from 8 p.m. to midnight on Highway 17 in the Little River Area, according to a Facebook post from the North Myrtle Beach Police Department.
According to the post, officers will be focused on:
- Driver’s license violations
- Vehicle registration and insurance compliance
- Impaired driver enforcement
