High schools in Williamson County continue to be the highest-ranked, non-magnet schools in Tennessee, according to US News and World Report’s annual Best High Schools list released August 18.
Brentwood High is ranked sixth in the state; Ravenwood High is ranked seventh; and Franklin High is ranked tenth. Page High is ranked eleventh, and Nolensville High and Renaissance High are ranked twelfth and fifteenth, respectively. Independence High is ranked seventeenth; Centennial High is ranked nineteenth; and Summit High is ranked twenty-second.
“I am proud, but not surprised, to see WCS students leading the state and nation on this list,” said WCS Interim Superintendent Dr. Leigh Webb. “This result comes from the intentional work taking place in all our classrooms every day. While it is nice to celebrate this achievement, I am most proud of the work taking place every day to reach these and other ongoing milestones.”…
