Rochester’s FOMO boutique on South Avenue burglarized; $160k in designer items stolen

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A South Wedge business owner says thieves stole nearly all of her store’s luxury inventory in a burglary early Thursday morning.

Security footage shows two suspects breaking into FOMO on South Avenue around 3:00 a.m. Thursday. The thieves used regular city garbage totes, taken from a next-door neighbor, to haul away 181 designer items worth about $160,000, including Chanel bags, Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Dior products.
