Cicero, N.Y. – Police have identified a 30-year-old man who was killed in a car crash in Cicero Tuesday evening.
The man was Gerald Downey, according to Lt. James Snell, a Cicero police spokesperson.
Downey was driving a 2023 four-door Kia east on Island Road just before 6 p.m. when the vehicle crossed the white hazard line on the right side of the road and struck a utility pole, Snell said. The car flipped multiple times…
