BLUFFTON, S.C. (WTOC) – Eastbound lanes of Highway 278 in Bluffton are clear after a downed tree temporarily blocked traffic Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency dispatchers first warned drivers to expect delays at Highway 278 and Sawmill Creek Road due to a fallen tree blocking the eastbound lanes.
