KRUGERVILLE, Texas — A concerned neighbor and several visibly neglected puppies led to the arrest of a suspect accused of repeated acts of animal cruelty in the small Denton County town of Krugerville.
The Krugerville Police Department announced the arrest of a currently unnamed defendant on multiple charges related to the mistreatment of both livestock and non-livestock animals.
According to Krugerville police, a welfare concern call put in motion the events leading to this arrest. The call, coming from an anonymous person on August 11, reported possible neglect involving animals at a Krugerville residence.
