COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Three new affordable assisted living communities are under construction in Ohio, with developers aiming to expand options for seniors who need daily support but want a more residential setting at half the cost of nursing home care.
Chicago-based Evergreen Real Estate Group announced Thursday that it has broken ground on three developments near Dayton and Columbus, with completion for all three expected in fall/winter 2027.
The new assisted living community locations are:
- Green Oaks of Grove City at 3000 Holt Road in Grove City
- Green Oaks of Walnut Creek at 4000 Westerville Road
- Green Oaks of Fairborn at 2124 Exchange Court in Fairborn
