KAUKAUNA, Wis. (WBAY) – A Kaukauna apartment building was damaged by a lithium-ion battery fire on Thursday morning.
Just before 11 a.m. on Thursday, the Kaukauna Fire Department responded to an apartment complex at Bicentennial Court for a report of black smoke coming from a second-story window.
At the scene, fire crews determined where the fire was located and were able to quickly get the fire under control. The fire was fully extinguished in around 15 minutes, and crews stayed on scene to ventilate the building and remove any smoke and gases…
