Accused DWI driver in deadly Far East El Paso crash rearrested after skipping breath tests

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A man arrested and accused of driving drunk and causing a deadly crash in Far East El Paso was arrested again a month after being released from jail on bond and failing to follow alcohol testing conditions.

Jail records show Gerard Anthony Nelson Jr. was booked into the El Paso County Downtown Jail on Tuesday.
