WASHINGTON COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – A New Orleans man wanted on an active Bay County warrant was arrested in Washington County on Thursday.
Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of 44-year-old Alphonso Ali Smith in a Facebook post Thursday afternoon.
Smith was wanted on charges of solicitation of a minor for sexual conduct, transmission of harmful material to a minor, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device. Deputies report Smith was also facing similar charges out of Louisiana…
