During a recent “Coffee with the Continuum” event organized by the Blue Ridge Area Coalition for the Homeless, Richard Southee, a senior leader with Central Arizona Shelter Services, outlined expectations for the emergency shelter at 2000 Holiday Drive in Charlottesville.
On Aug. 4, the city announced it was finalizing an agreement with CASS to operate the shelter. VPM News reached out to ask whether a deal had been reached but did not hear back before publication.
