Elbridge, N.Y. — The deputy who fatally shot a man who authorities say pointed a gun at another officer during a standoff in an Elbridge mobile home park has been identified.
The deputy is Paul Clisson, 33, a seven-year veteran of the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office, the agency announced Friday afternoon.
