PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A fatal pedestrian crash in Lincoln County involved a teen driver from Salem, Oregon State Police said.
On Wednesday, just after 11:30 p.m., OSP said they responded to a reported crash involving a car and a pedestrian on Highway 20 near milepost 10.
