CLARKSVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Crews responded to a fire that took place in Clarksville Friday night. Officials said the fire was caused by lithium ion batteries from a lawnmower.

The fire happened just before 9 p.m. at a home on Fullers Lane. A man and a woman were taken to Albany Medical Center for possible smoke inhalation.
