EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 25-year-old woman is in trouble with the law again in Horizon City after giving a false name and identity — for second time in less than two months.
At about 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 25, a Horizon officer, conducting a routine patrol near Ascension Street and Horizon Boulevard, saw a pickup truck that was displaying a license plate that belonged to another vehicle.
