WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – At the end of a hot summer, one Haysville family was the lucky recipient of a free air conditioning unit, thanks to a Wichita HVAC company that wanted to give back to their community.
The competition was for people who are struggling financially. Hannah said they knew they’d never be able to afford an HVAC system.
“I had to write a submission and send it to Elevate,” Hannah said. “We had had a really hard run lately. My oldest is a Type 1 diabetic, she’s insulin dependent. My middle has bleeding disorders, like I do.”…
