IRISH MAKE STATEMENT ON HISTORIC NIGHT IN LOUISVILLE

LOUISVILLE, OH- Louisville landed the first punch Friday night. Ursuline responded by throwing haymakers.

The Irish piled up 446 yards of offense, hammered away for 331 yards on the ground, and exploded for 27 unanswered points in the third quarter to roll past Louisville, 43-10. Ursuline finished the night with six touchdowns — four on the ground and two through the air — while averaging a bruising 7.5 yards per carry.
