SANDY, Utah (KUTV) — Wayne Shino had feet of water in his basement, enough to ruin dry wall, push over a furnace, and wreck his hot water heater.
It was the storm that rocked Sandy two weeks ago and led Shino—with the help of loved ones and a neighbor—to sandbag on Friday in front of his house to try to prevent a repeat this weekend.
