CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A local advocacy group is calling on the Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) to terminate its contract with Flock Safety, calling the license plate reader cameras a waste of taxpayer dollars at a time of severe budget cuts.
