Two teenage boys were arrested and charged for allegedly stabbing a 13-year-old boy in Soundview, police say.
The boys – 14 and 15 years old – are accused of attacking the victim at around 5:30 p.m. Saturday. It happened in front of the C-Town supermarket on Westchester Avenue, steps from Morrison Avenue-Soundview subway station.
