HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office said a man has been arrested on charges related to child sex crimes.
The arrest of 22-year-old Maximiliano Gomez Diaz follows an investigation related to the possession and sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), deputies said.
Deputies said Gomez Diaz was charged with three counts of third-degree exploitation of a minor and three counts of second-degree exploitation of a minor.
Gomez Diaz was arrested without incident and is being held in the Henderson County Detention Center, deputies said…
