BELMONT, Mass. — The Hamilton Company has announced a new commercial lease agreement with The Woolly Brew Corp. for approximately 1,347 square feet at 55 Brighton St. in Belmont, with the new café and yarn shop expected to open in September.
The lease commenced Aug. 1 and will bring a new specialty coffee and community gathering space to Brighton Street. The Woolly Brew will serve specialty coffee drinks, teas and other light café beverages while also operating as a yarn store catering to knitting enthusiasts.
The business will be located next to Beyond Fitness and near Belmont High School, along one of Belmont’s key commuter corridors connecting residents to Boston, Cambridge, Route 2 and Interstate 95…
