Man indicted in deadly Mason workplace shooting

MASON, Ohio (WDTN) — A man is facing charges in connection to the shooting death of a man at a Warren County manufacturing facility.

Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell announced Monday, Aug. 31 that David Cohen of Hamilton was indicted by a Warren County grand jury on the following charges:

  • Aggravated murder (with an accompanying firearm specification)
  • Murder (with an accompanying firearm specification)
  • Possessing weapons while under disability.

The indictment stems from the July 22 shooting at Carter Lumber in Mason, where Vincent Stoetzel, 29, of Clermont County, was shot and killed.
