More than 20 first responders from the Greensboro, N.C., area conducted hands-on training in emergency vehicle extrication on Aug. 21 to prepare for crash response in North Carolina’s Piedmont region thanks to the National Auto Body Council (NABC) First Responder Emergency Extrication (F.R.E.E.) program. The demonstration used vehicles donated by Farmers and tools provided by Hurst Jaws of Life, with support from Pinnacle Financial Partners.
The education and guidance program was held at Pinnacle Financial Partners in High Point, N.C., to help ensure drivers receive a prepared response in the event of an accident.
