MERIDIANVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — An 18-year-old who was charged with murder after a shooting that left his grandfather dead has been denied bond by a Madison County District Judge, according to court documents obtained by News 19.
Zakarius Lanier is accused of shooting 62-year-old Marcus Lanier multiple times last Thursday in the 200 block of John Harold Drive.
