UTICA, N.Y. — A rabbi from Utica was arrested in Onondaga County on a charge related to attempted rape involving a person under the age of 15.
Court records show Rabbi Peter Schaktman was arrested last week by New York State Police in North Syracuse and charged with second-degree attempted rape.
