OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Omaha Police have identified one of the people arrested after a gun battle in the Old Market on Sunday.
OPD identified the man as 33-year-old John Tyson.
Tyson was booked for felony assault, use of a gun to commit a felony, and possession of a gun by a prohibited person.
