POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 6:06pm on August 27th after reports of an assault on the 8000 block of Buffalo Avenue in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller, a third-party, told dispatch that a male was beating a female inside of an apartment. The caller could hear screaming and the woman being hit. She was screaming for help and crying. The female was able to get him out of the house but he pushed in a window unit air conditioner and was climbing back inside.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown whether the male was arrested. No further information is available at this time…
