ROCKVILLE, Md. (DC News Now) — A 24-year-old is facing charges after he was accused of driving more than three times over the posted speed limit moments before a deadly crash in Rockville.
Daniel Danny Aguilar Medrano, of Rockville, was charged with two counts of negligent manslaughter.

The Investigation
The deadly collision happened during the early morning hours of March 22, on Norbeck Road, near East Gude Drive.
The Montgomery County Department of Police’s investigation revealed that Madrano was driving a gray 2025 BMW M8 east on Norbeck Road while going between 119 and 126 mph. He then lost control of the car near East Gude Drive, where the car crossed the center median.
