2 injured in 2 separate Buffalo shootings

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo police are investigating two separate shootings that took place in the city this week.

The first occurred early Monday morning when a man was shot in the neck at the Concrete Central Grain Elevators near Buffalo River Place around 12:30 a.m. The man was taken to the Erie County Medical Center for serious injuries that do not appear to be life-threatening, officials said.

The second shooting took place on the 800 block of East Eagle Street around 6 a.m. Tuesday morning. A man was taken to ECMC with non-life-threatening birdshot wounds to the head and shoulder, officials said…
