East Gainesville’s vintage toy store, bar and music venue GEEKS is celebrating its first anniversary this weekend with exclusive sales and a three-day music festival featuring local and touring bands.
The celebration kicks off on Friday at GEEKS (2603 NE 17th Ter.) with a free show from The New Eagles playing classic punk covers, along with Chimes and Trash The Rental. Doors open at 7 p.m.
Doors open again at 5 p.m. on Saturday for performances from Dikembe, I.Liedtomyself, Tides, Bad Dog and Hey! TV Boy! Attendees can arrive at Sunday’s show featuring Zeta, Orbiter and The Yaupon Holly starting at 3 p.m…
