LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Two men accused of shooting 19-year-old Jarell Rojas to death on Aug. 21 appeared in court on Tuesday morning, where a judge moved the case forward to a grand jury.
According to court documents, Isaiah Padgett and Jordan Thomas Jackson, both 19, were arrested after investigators used GPS tracking and Flock cameras to show that they were both inside a vehicle that was “directly involved” with Rojas’s shooting death before, during, and after the shooting.
