Off duty deputy helps save driver’s life in Horry County crash

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – An “off the clock” deputy assisted in saving an unresponsive driver after a crash in Horry County.

A Horry County Sheriff’s Office deputy was enroute to a crash involving an alleged overdose on Highway 378 near the intersection of Grainger Road on Aug. 27.
