MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. (PIX11) — A person is facing multiple charges after stealing a vehicle while a toddler was inside, according to police.
At around 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Tiauna Crump, 52, allegedly stole a vehicle while a 1-year-old girl was inside, authorities said.

The incident occurred near Birch Street and Westchester Avenue, according to officials.
Officers were able to locate the vehicle near the Mount Vernon Police Headquarters, where Crump was taken into custody, according to police. The toddler was safely recovered and not injured during the incident…
