HOUSTON (CW39) — An overturned 18-wheeler caused major traffic delays Tuesday on Highway 225, also known as the La Porte Freeway, near Goodyear.
The truck overturned and spilled its load across the roadway, creating backups for drivers traveling eastbound from the Loop 610 East and South Loop connections to Highway 225.
