A Dallas-area real estate firm has purchased an upscale Bluebonnet Boulevard apartment complex for $62 million.
The Medve Group of Irving, Texas, bought The Waters at Bluebonnet complex in a deal that was filed Monday with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court’s Office. The seller was the Stoa Group, a Hammond company that develops apartment complexes.
