NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) – An educator has a warrant out for her arrest after witnesses claim she was having an inappropriate relationship with a student for several years.
Witnesses say the relationship lasted from when the victim was in 7th grade until recently; the victim was 16 years old.
Newly filed court documents accuse 44-year-old Jennifer Shokat of giving drugs and alcohol to a minor, at one point even being caught in bed with the victim.
