OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Elkhorn man accused of keeping nearly 80 animals at his home in poor conditions will have his case decided by a jury while a warrant for felony charges has been issued.
Nicholas Sakis, 41, was previously cited for animal cruelty and keeping unsanitary conditions.
