DUMFRIES, Va. – Police in Northern Virginia are asking for the community’s help to identify a man accused of exposing himself inside a Target store.

According to Prince William County police, surveillance cameras captured the suspect dressed in a grey shirt and dark pants. He has a beard, a small afro and was seen holding an unknown object in his hand.
The man is accused of targeting a 15-year-old girl and her friends inside a store in the 4300 block of Fortuna Center Plaza in Dumfries around 3 p.m. on Monday.…
