Council denies funding to purchase proposed homeless center location

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Fort Wayne City Council members voted 5-3 on Tuesday night to deny funding to purchase the proposed Anchor Resource Center.

The proposed center would be a 24/7 facility designed to connect people experiencing homelessness with basic needs, housing, and other support resources.
